Three steps
From box to online
Book online
Pick your dates, at least 3 days ahead for freight. We set up and test your kit, then freight it to you. Freight days aren't charged as hire days.
Plug it in, point it at the sky
12V socket or 240V. Find a spot with a clear view of the sky, away from trees and roof edges.
Join the wifi. You're online
The wifi name and password are on the card in the box. No accounts to set up. When you're done, drop it at the carrier on your end date.
Freight and returns
Your hire timeline
Freight days aren't charged as hire days. You only pay for the days you have the kit.
Book online. Freight bookings need at least 3 days' notice. Dalby pickup has no minimum.
We set up and test your kit in Dalby, then freight it to you. Transit time depends on your region; we confirm your arrival date when you book.
Your paid hire days. Plug in, point at the sky, join the wifi.
Pack it up, attach the return label and drop it at the carrier. Your hire ends at drop-off.
We check it in. Your A$200 bond is refunded as soon as the kit is returned safely, back to the same card you paid with.
Power
Power options
- 12V: the Mini runs from a car or van lighter socket (lead included).
- 240V: mains power supply included.
- Engine off: use a van house battery or a portable power station.
- Off-grid: add a BLUETTI AC180 (A$40/day, pickup or road freight only).
Don't run it overnight off your car's starter battery.
Troubleshooting
Not connecting? Try this
Check the sky
Move it away from trees, roof edges and walls. A clear view straight up matters most.
Check the power
Is the lead fully in? Try 240V, or start the engine for 12V for a quick test.
Restart
Unplug the power for 30 seconds, plug back in and give it a few minutes to find satellites.

No. It arrives set up and tested. Plug it in, point it at the sky, join the wifi. The wifi name and password are on the card in the box.
Do I need an account?
No. We look after all of that. The wifi details are on the card in the box.
Do freight days count as hire days?
No. Freight days aren't charged as hire days; you only pay for the days you have the kit. Your hire ends when you drop it at the carrier on your end date.
How much is freight?
A$88 per hire for Mini and Standard kits, covering delivery and return anywhere in Australia. Larger kits are quoted. Picking up in Dalby? No freight charge.
Is there a bond, and when do I get it back?
Yes, A$200 on the Mini and Standard kits. Your A$200 bond is refunded as soon as the kit is returned safely, back to the same card you paid with.
How many people can connect?
Each internet kit easily handles 30+ users.
